Bij Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport biedt onze keuken veel meer dan dagelijkse catering. Van individuele gasten- en crewmaaltijden tot conferenties, banketten, bruiloften en galadiners, geen dag is hetzelfde.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en flexibele Chef de Partie die houdt van afwisseling, snel leert en zich comfortabel voelt bij zowel kleinschalige als grootschalige keukenoperaties. Dit is een uitstekende kans voor een chef die wil groeien binnen een dynamische hotelkeuken en ervaring wil opdoen met banqueting, evenementen en meerdere outlets.

Wat ga je doen? Als Chef de Partie ondersteun je de Chef de Partie en Sous Chef bij de dagelijkse keukenwerkzaamheden en werk je hands on mee binnen verschillende secties en servicestijlen. Je gaat:

• Ondersteunen bij de (voor)bereiding van banketten, buffetten, conferenties en evenementen

• Werken binnen alle keukenoutlets, van à la carteservice tot grootschalige evenementen

• Helpen bij mise en place, service-uitvoering en kwaliteitscontrole

• Zorgen voor kwaliteit en consistentie

• Werken volgens de richtlijnen voor voedselveiligheid, hygiëne, voorraadbeheer en afvalverwerking

• Het team ondersteunen tijdens drukke services met een flexibele, hands on instelling

• Bijspringen waar nodig en je vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen binnen verschillende secties

Deze functie past bij jou als je:

• Eerdere keukenervaring of een afgeronde koksopleiding hebt

• Graag wilt leren en doorgroeien binnen een professionele hotelkeuken

• Houdt van afwisseling en werken in een dynamische omgeving

• Gefocust en georganiseerd kan blijven tijdens drukke diensten

• Trots bent op teamwork, structuur en uitvoering

• Je kunt communiceren in het Engels (Nederlands is een pré)
