Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok / Chef de Partie draag je eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen de keuken en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding, productie en presentatie van gerechten van hoge kwaliteit. Je bent in staat zelfstandig een shift te draaien, houdt het overzicht tijdens drukke servicemomenten en zorgt ervoor dat alle voorbereidingen tijdig en volgens de afgesproken standaarden uitgevoerd worden.

Je beheert de mise-en-place voor jouw werkzaamheden, bewaakt de kwaliteit van producten en ondersteunt, waar mogelijk, bij voorraadbeheer en bestellingen. Hoewel deze functie voornamelijk gericht is op avonddiensten, ben je flexibel inzetbaar voor ochtenddiensten wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt. Met jouw vakmanschap, oog voor detail en passie voor gastvrijheid lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een soepele keukenoperatie en een uitstekende gastbeleving.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Zelfstandig draaien van een keuken shift en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een soepele en efficiënte operatie tijdens de dienst.

• Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een eigen onderdeel van de keuken en zorgen voor hoogwaardige bereiding, productie en tijdige uitgifte van gerechten.

• Opstellen, beheren en bewaken van mise-en-place lijsten om een optimale voorbereiding en service te waarborgen.

• Ondersteunen en begeleiden van Demi Chef de Parties en Commis Chefs en assisteren van Senior Chefs waar nodig.

• Toezien op correcte bereiding, opslag en verwerking van producten volgens HACCP-richtlijne
