* Zubereitung von warmen & kalten Desserts, sowie Pralinen, Petit Fours & Konfekt

* Kreativität und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Fantasie bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte

* Innovative und moderne Kochkultur

* Professionalität und Sorgfalt

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Küchenteams des Hotels

* Handhabung, Pflege und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer hohen Standards

* Unterstützung bei der Lehrlingsausbildung sowie Mitarbeiterschulungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung in der Patisserie der gehobenen Hotellerie und Gastronomie

* Kreativität und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Eigenständige & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässig, Authentisch und Engagiert

* Teamplayer_In mit Liebe für Pralinen und Konfekt

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
