Ab der Wintersaison 2026/2027 stellen wir ein: 1 Chef de partie (w/m/d) Saisonale Vollzeitbeschäftigung - gerne für eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Führung eines eigenen Postens in der Küche

* Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen

* Vorbereitung und Organisation des Mise en Place

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während des Service

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Unterstützung und Anleitung von Commis und Küchenhilfen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Führung eines Küchenpostens

* Verlässliche, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Freude an einem guten Miteinander

* Interesse an regionaler Küche und hochwertigen Lebensmitteln
