Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort eine_n 1 Chef de partie (w./m./d.) in Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbständiges Führen eines Postens

* Organisation sowie Vor- und Zubereitung der Speisen am jeweiligen Posten

* Repräsentatives Anrichten der Speisen

* Führung der zugeteilten Mitarbeiter auf dem Posten

* Koordination und Absprache mit der Küchenleitung

* Mitwirken bei der Gestaltung des Menüplanes

* Einhaltung der HACCP Richtlinien

Ihr Profil:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Hohe fachliche Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Engagierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit

* Hilfsbereitschaft

* Kreativität

* Belastbarkeit

* Leidenschaft für den Beruf

* Freundliches Auftreten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
