De locatie is geschikt voor diverse gelegenheden, waaronder feesten, recepties, vergaderingen en bedrijfsevenementen, en beschikt over een ruim terras en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Jobomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de warme keuken (bereidingen, cuisson en afwerking van gerechten)
  • Zelfstandig organiseren en plannen van je werk binnen een team van 3 personen
  • Voorbereiden (mise-en-place) van warme gerechten volgens de planning
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega’s waar nodig tijdens service
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie van elk gerecht
  • Efficiënt samenwerken met de zaal en zorgen voor een vlotte service
  • Controleren van voorraden en tijdig doorgeven van bestellingen
  • Toezien op hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen (HACCP)
  • Meedenken over menu’s en suggesties samen met de chef
  • Flexibel inspelen op drukke momenten en variatie in events

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring als Chef de Partie (bij voorkeur in de warme keuken) of een relevante koksopleiding gevolgd
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van kooktechnieken en keukenorganisatie
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je partie
  • Je bent beschikbaar op donderdag, vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan inspelen op een variabel werkrooster
  • Je hebt geen probleem met weekend- en avondwerk
  • Je functioneert goed in een klein, hecht team
  • Je blijft rustig en efficiënt tijdens drukke services (trouwfeesten, bedrijfsfeesten, …)
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor kwaliteit
