Fonction

Notre partenaire recherche aujourd’hui un·e Chef de projet Chaudronnerie industrielle capable de piloter des projets de bout en bout et de devenir, à terme, le visage technique de l’entreprise auprès de ses clients. À la croisée de la technique, de la gestion de chantier et de la relation client, cette fonction offre un terrain de jeu riche, concret et résolument tourné vers l’avenir.

En lien direct avec la direction, vous êtes accompagné·e dans un premier temps par un collègue chevronné qui vous transmettra son expertise en chiffrage et en calcul. Vous jouez un rôle central dans l’exécution des projets, des interventions ponctuelles aux réalisations d’envergure.

Concrètement, vous :

  • analysez les cahiers des charges, réalisez les visites de chantier et préparez des dossiers d’exécution solides, qui posent les bases de projets réussis ;
  • construisez le planning de vos projets et coordonnez les équipes et les sous-traitants sur chantier, en donnant à chacun·e un cap clair ;
  • veillez au respect des délais, du budget et des exigences de qualité, proposez des actions correctives dès qu’une dérive se profile et pilotez la réception des travaux jusqu’à la clôture du projet ;
  • devenez le contact privilégié des clients : vous traduisez les enjeux techniques avec clarté et pédagogie, et faites vivre une relation de confiance dans la durée ;
  • montez progressivement en compétence sur le chiffrage et l’établissement des devis, jusqu’à les prendre en charge en toute autonomie, si cela ne fait pas encore partie de vos compétences ;
  • renouez le contact avec la clientèle historique et partez à la rencontre de nouveaux clients pour faire grandir l’activité ;
  • contribuez activement à la modernisation des méthodes de travail, notamment par l’intégration d’outils numériques et d’intelligence artificielle.

La fonction allie travail de bureau et présence régulière sur les chantiers des clients, partout où les projets vous mènent. Les projets dont vous aurez la charge sont variés et sur-mesure et vous permettront de suivre l'évolution continue de votre secteur. Vous vous positionnerez comme référent·e technique de vos clients et travaillerez sur base d'un portefeuille clients existant qui sera amené à évoluer grâce à votre service de qualité.
