Pour ce poste, nous collaborons avec une entreprise de parachèvement reconnue, forte de plus de 75 ans d'expérience dans le parachèvement complet d'espaces de bureaux et d'environnements de travail professionnels, allant des cloisons amovibles et plafonds climatiques aux systèmes de portes et au mobilier de projet. L'entreprise conjugue un ancrage belge solide avec des bureaux en Flandre, dans la périphérie bruxelloise et au Luxembourg, et travaille aussi bien pour une clientèle B2B que pour des institutions publiques nationales et européennes. Avec une équipe de plus de 200 collaborateurs et 350 monteurs, l'organisation réalise un chiffre d'affaires annuel d'environ 100 millions d'euros, tant en Belgique qu'à l'étranger.

En quoi consistera votre mission ?

  • Contribuer au suivi et à la coordination des projets dans la région du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, du lancement jusqu'à la réception
  • Veiller à ce que les bonnes équipes soient présentes sur le chantier au bon moment
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer une communication fluide avec le bureau d'études, le service commercial, la planification et la production
  • Entretenir les contacts avec les clients et intervenir rapidement en cas de besoin
  • Participer à la négociation et au placement de commandes auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants
  • Contribuer au suivi de la facturation, du budget et de la qualité des travaux

Qu'attendons-nous de vous ?

  • Vous avez suivi une formation technique supérieure, de préférence ingénieur en construction ou équivalent par l'expérience
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais
  • Vous êtes en possession d'un permis de conduire B
