En tant que Chef de Projet Sols et Plafonds, vous assurez la gestion complète de projets liés aux planchers techniques surélevés et aux plafonds métalliques. En tant que Coordinateur de Projets Construction et Responsable de Chantier Finition, vous veillez au respect des délais, du budget, de la qualité et de la sécurité. Vos responsabilités :

  • Établir les offres et suivre les budgets.
  • Commander les matériaux et organiser les transports vers les chantiers.
  • Gérer le planning général des projets et des livraisons.
  • Vérifier la préparation des chantiers avant démarrage.
  • Suivre plusieurs projets simultanément et participer aux phases de lancement et de réception.
  • Sélectionner et coordonner les sous-traitants.
  • Contrôler la qualité, la sécurité et la bonne exécution des travaux.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des états d’avancement et préparer la facturation.
  • Maintenir les contacts avec les clients, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

Pour réussir comme Chef de Projet Sols et Plafonds, Conducteur de Travaux Finition ou Coordinateur de Projets Construction :

  • Vous disposez d’un bachelier en construction ou d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez une formation en construction, architecture, architecture d’intérieur ou domaine similaire.
  • Vous possédez une bonne compréhension technique des projets de finition.
  • Vous avez une expérience en suivi de chantier, gestion de projet ou coordination de travaux.
  • Vous communiquez efficacement en français et en néerlandais dans le cadre de la fonction.
  • Vous maîtrisez le suivi des plannings, budgets et dossiers de projets.
  • Vous êtes disposé à vous déplacer sur des chantiers à travers la Belgique.
  • Vous connaissez les normes de sécurité et de qualité applicables au secteur de la construction.
