En lien direct avec la direction et en collaboration étroite avec le bureau de dessin, l'atelier et les équipes support, vous jouez un rôle central dans la chaîne de valeur : c'est vous qui portez le projet et le client, de la première ligne du devis jusqu'au bon de livraison.

Concrètement, vous :

  • Êtes l'interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e du client : vous comprenez son besoin, vous le conseillez sur la solution technique la plus adaptée et vous lui vendez la valeur ajoutée de votre entreprise, avec conviction ;
  • Dimensionnez et chiffrez : vous réalisez les devis, analysez la rentabilité de chaque projet et ajustez les offres en fonction des retours clients, en gardant toujours un œil sur la marge ;
  • Coordonnez la réalisation : vous suivez un portefeuille de projets variés, à différents stades d'avancement, en veillant aux délais et à la conformité technique, en vous appuyant sur une équipe technique solide (bureau de dessin, atelier, contrôle qualité) ;
  • Gérez simultanément plusieurs dizaines de projets à des stades d'avancement différents, en sachant prioriser avec méthode ;
  • Validez la conformité lors des FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) : vous êtes le·la garant·e que l'armoire livrée correspond exactement à ce qui a été vendu et attendu ;
  • Assurez un suivi administratif et financier rigoureux : commandes de matériaux, gestion documentaire, reporting mensuel de rentabilité ;
