#staysexy and join our team! 1 Chef de rang Flexenhäusl à la carte (m/w/d) Die urigste Hütte am Arlberg. - Das Flexenhäusl ist DIE Adresse für Party Fondue am Arlberg. Ob Skipause untertags oder rustikal - gemütliches Fondue am Abend, auf einen Glühwein und zum Apres-Ski: an dieser Skihütte am Arlberg führt kein Weg vorbei. Unser Wirt Peter Dobner und sein Team warten auf deine Unterstützung! Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 51 h aufgeteilt auf 6 Tage. Das Anstellungsverhältnis beginnt mit dem 03.12.2026 und geht voraussichtlich bis zum 07.04.2027

Das Angebot im Flexenhäusl umfasst die folgenden Bereiche:

- Mittagsservice à la carte auf der Sonnenterrasse ca. 120pax, bei Schlechtwetter ca. 30 pax

- Abendservice Fondue mit anschließender Party ca. 40pax

- Sicherstellung eines professionellen Service auf Deiner Station mit ca. 6 - 8 Tischen, bzw. 60 Personen

- Sicherstellung Mise en place

- Harmonisches Dirigieren deines Commis de rang

- Speisenempfehlungen

- Getränkeempfehlungen

- Beratung der Gäste in Sachen Wein, Inhaltsstoffen

- Erfüllen von Sonderwünschen

- Einhaltung der allgemeinen Qualitätsstandards

Qualifikation

- Einschlägige Ausbildung zum Restaurantfachmann

- Kenntnisse österreichischer & internationaler Weine

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Kenntnis div. Boniersysteme - wir haben Gastronovi

- Koordination auf engstem Raum

- Stressresistent

- Starke, überzeugende Persönlichkeit

- sprachgewandt und Erfahrung mit internationalen Gästen

- ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen

- selbstbewusstes Auftreten

- Verlässlich, pünktlich
