Garant·e de l'excellence du service et de l'expérience client au quotidien, vous assurez la prise en charge fluide, attentionnée et professionnelle d'un rang.

Sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle du/de la Responsable de salle et en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe et la Cheffe gérante, vous incarnez l'art de l'accueil gastronomique. Vous valorisez l'univers culinaire et l'offre de boissons auprès de nos convives avec pédagogie, bienveillance et rigueur.

Vos rôles et reponsabilités :

A. Service d'Excellence et Valorisation Culinaire

  • Accueil et prise en charge : Accueillir chaleureusement les convives, cerner leurs attentes, présenter la carte et assurer un service attentionné et personnalisé tout au long du repas.
  • Storytelling & Recommandations : Mettre en valeur les créations végétariennes de la Cheffe, expliquer les démarches écoresponsables du restaurant et proposer les accords mets-boissons (avec ou sans alcool) développés avec l'équipe de sommellerie.
  • Synergie salle-cuisine : Veiller à une excellente communication avec la cuisine concernant le déroulement du service, les rythmes des tables et les contraintes/allergies alimentaires.

B. Organisation, Transmission et Inclusion

  • Mise en place et rigueur : Participer activement à la mise en place de la salle, au dressage des tables, au suivi de l'office et au maintien des standards de propreté et d'élégance du restaurant.
  • Briefings quotidiens : Participer aux briefings d'équipe, partager vos retours du terrain et vous informer des nouveautés de la carte et des suggestions.
  • Esprit d'équipe & Inclusion : Soutenir vos collègues pendant le service et transmettre les bonnes pratiques d'accueil dans un esprit de bienveillance, d'entraide et de respect des valeurs sociétales du projet.
  • Expérience confirmée en restauration gastronomique ou bistronomique.
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'univers de la table et notions en sommellerie (intérêt pour les vins vivants, nature/biodynamiques, et les créations non alcoolisées).
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais et du français (une excellente aisance dans l'une des deux langues nationales avec une très bonne pratique de l'autre est indispensable). La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout important pour échanger avec notre clientèle internationale.
  • Passionné·e par la gastronomie durable, chaleureux·se, pédagogue et accessible dans la relation client.
  • Sens du détail, organisation, réactivité, autonomie et réel esprit d'équipe.
  • Un travail dans un environnement stimulant et en construction.
  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein (Barème cp 302)
  • Équilibre: Des horaires de travail continus, sans coupure.
  • Deux jours de congés consécutifs.
  • Congés extra légal: 1 jour de congé supplémentaire par année d'ancienneté.
  • Prise en charge à 100% des frais de transport selon déplacements domicile-travail: STIB et/ou SNCB
