Rattaché·e au Responsable de Salle, vous êtes garant·e de la qualité du service sur votre rang. Vous orchestrez le déroulement du service et conseillez les clients.

Vous assurez un accueil chaleureux et fluide dans l'esprit convivial de notre brasserie, tout en incarnant les valeurs d'inclusion, de diversité et d'excellence opérationnelle portées par la Fondation Kanal.

Vos responsabilités

1. Service, Hospitalité et Conseils

  • Qualité du service : Accueillir les convives, orchestrer le rythme des tables sur votre rang et veiller à une expérience client irréprochable du début à la fin du repas.
  • Conseil et vente : Présenter la carte, conseiller la clientèle sur nos plats et nos boissons, et effectuer les prises de commandes avec précision.
  • Coordination : Guider et coordonner le travail des étudiants sur votre rang pour garantir un envoi fluide des plats et boissons.

2. Esprit d'Équipe, Transmission & Inclusion

  • Synergie salle-cuisine : Assurer une communication fluide et constante avec l'équipe de cuisine et le bar.
  • Cohésion : Entretenir un climat de travail positif, bienveillant et solidaire au sein de l'équipe de salle.
  • Engagement social : Incarner au quotidien les valeurs d'inclusion, de mixité et de respect portées par le projet.

3. Organisation & Rigueur Opérationnelle

  • Mise en place : Participer activement à la préparation de la salle, au dressage des tables et au suivi de l'office avant et après chaque service.
  • Encaissement : Assurer la prise de commande et les opérations d'encaissement selon les procédures établies.
  • Expérience préalable confirmée en Horeca en tant que Chef de rang, idéalement en brasserie ou établissement à fort volume.
  • Sens aigu de l'hospitalité, du service client et de la courtoisie.
  • Esprit d'équipe, excellente présentation et capacité à gérer le rythme d'un service soutenu.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français. La connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais est un réel atout.
  • Un travail dans un environnement stimulant et en construction.
  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein (Barème cp 302)
  • Équilibre: Des horaires de travail continus, sans coupure.
  • Deux jours de congés consécutifs.
  • Congés extra légal: 1 jour de congé supplémentaire par année d'ancienneté.
  • Prise en charge à 100% des frais de transport selon déplacements domicile-travail: STIB et/ou SNCB
  • Chèques-Repas et Eco-chèques.
  • Un cadre de travail prestigieux, moderne et profondément axé sur l'humain.
