Gemeinsam schaffen wir für unsere Gäste besondere Momente - vom kulinarischen Erlebnis bis hin zu einzigartigen Gesundheitsprogrammen 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) mit Arbeitsbeginn ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Aufgaben:

* selbständiges Führen einer à la carte Station im Restaurant mit Inkasso

* Servicetätigkeit und Organisation im Bankettbereich

* Vorbereitung des Service (Mise en place)

* Beratung und Empfehlung zu Speisen und Weinen

* Einweisung der Servicemitarbeiter und Auszubildenden

* Kontrolle der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Restaurantbereich

* Umsetzung der hohen Qualitätsstandards unseres Hauses

Anforderungen:

* Restaurantfachfrau/mann

* mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service, Weinkenntnisse

* Gepflegtes Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität

* gute Deutsch Kenntnisse

* Achtung: keine Mitarbeiter Unterkünfte verfügbar!

Führerschein von Vorteil (spät nachts keine Busverbindung!)

ARBEITSZEIT:

* Vollzeit bei 40 Stunden Woche und 5 Arbeitstagen

* Teilzeit möglich nach Vereinbarung
