Wir suchen 1 Chef de rang (m./w.)

in Saisonanstellung (Vollzeitbeschäftigung).

Beschäftigung ab 20.November 2026 bzw. nach Vereinbarung

WAS GIBT ES ZU TUN?

* Führen einer eigenen Servicestation mit und ohne Inkasso

* Bestellungsaufnahme und Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Mise-en-Place-Arbeiten

* Beratung der Gäste bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken im À la carte-Bereich

* Präsentation bzw. Vorstellen der Speisen im HP-Bereich

* Organisation eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs und Einteilung/Führung der Commis de Rang

* Sorgfältiges Verbuchen von Bestellungen und Durchführung der Tagesabrechnung

* Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards

WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie mit Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse in den klassischen Serviceabläufen

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke

* Affinität zum Wein - idealerweise Jungsommelier oder Sommelier Prüfung

* Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freundliches und herzliches Auftreten
