Seit über 200 Jahren befindet sich die Gastgeberfamilie Seyrling, insgesamt 8 Familienmitglieder - nun schon im Besitz des Hotels Klosterbräu***** & SPA und ist als starkes Team für unsere Gäste und Mitarbeiter_innen da.

Das Klosterbräu***** & SPA liegt direkt im Zentrum der Fußgängerzone und nur 20 Autominuten von Innsbruck entfernt, verfügt über 91 Zimmer, 9 unterschiedliche Dinnerlocations sowie einen mehrfach ausgezeichneten Wellnessbereich.

Wir suchen 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) Vollzeit, Seefeld in Tirol.

Tätigkeitsbereiche

* Verantwortung für eine Servicestation

* Empfang der Gäste und erstklassiger Service im Restaurant und Innenhof, á la carte Restaurant Bräukeller, Veggie & Grill bzw. Parkcafé

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen, Empfehlung und Beratung der Gäste bei der Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl

* Weinempfehlungen, Filetieren, Tranchieren und Flambieren

* Betreuung von Banketten, Hochzeiten und Großveranstaltungen

* Ein- und Nachdecken von Besteck, Servieren von Brot, Getränken und Speisen an den Tisch

Persönliche Fähigkeiten

* Motivations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

* Kommunikativ und freundlich

* Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Beruf

* Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz

* Team- und Kritikfähigkeit

Fachliche Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen in der gehobenen Gastronomie/5* Hotellerie

* der Stelle entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Persönliche Führungsqualitäten

* Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Auszubildenden

Eintrittsdatum: ab 9.6.2025

Gehalt: 2.084 € - 2.900 € brutto pro Monat (Für folgende Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt gem. KV für Arbeiterinnen und Arbeiter im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe, Lohnordnung für Tirol, Lohngruppe III, Vollzeit, BRUTTO pro Monat zuzüglich Zulagen, 13. und 14. Gehalt, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist vorhanden;)
