für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 2 Chef de Rang (m/w/d) in Saisonanstellung mit Arbeitsbeginn ab 04.12.2026 bis 04.04.2027

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Beratung und Verkauf auf Ihrer Station, auf der Sonnenterrasse sowie im À-la-carte- und Hausgästerestaurant

* Fachkundige Beratung und aktiver Verkauf von Speisen und Getränken

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung der zugeteilten Station

* Einschulung und Anleitung der Commis de Rang

* Professioneller Speisen- und Getränkeservice

* Durchführung von Mise-en-Place-Arbeiten

WEN WIR SUCHEN:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie

* Berufserfahrung in der 4*/4*S Hotellerie in dieser oder ähnlicher Position

* Weinkenntnisse erwünscht (In dem Bereich schulen wir Sie gerne weiter)

* Gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Kommunikationstalent

* Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse, für eine einwandfreie Kommunikation
