Als Chef de Rang bist du für unsere Gäste das Gesicht dieses Erlebnisses - du sorgst dafür, dass sich jede und jeder willkommen fühlt, fachkundig beraten wird und einen Aufenthalt erlebt, der zur Qualität passt, für die Loxone steht. Deine Aufgaben:

* Begrüßung, Platzierung und Betreuung der Gäste

* Fachkundige Beratung bei Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen

* Aktiver Verkauf von Speisen, Getränken und Zusatzangeboten

* Service mit Inkasso

* Professionelles Beschwerdemanagement

* Selbstständige Führung einer eigenen Station

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

* Servieren von Speisen und Getränken nach den Qualitätsstandards des Hauses

* Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung des täglichen Service

* Mise en Place Arbeiten

* Kontrolle von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im gesamten Restaurantbereich

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften / HACCP

* Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Warenkontrollen

* Anleitung und Unterstützung von Commis de Rang sowie Auszubildenden

* Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter_innen im Servicebereich

* Vorbildfunktion hinsichtlich Servicequalität und Auftreten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Gastgeberorientierung

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Verkaufstalent
