Das Seebichl Grown Up Kids Only Restaurant ist ein Boutique Style Restaurant mit true Vintage Design Atmosphäre und steht für casual alpine dining, einen aufmerksamen und persönlichen Service und ein Umfeld, in dem Professionalität und Leichtigkeit zusammengehören.

Mit täglich 60 bis 160 Gästen sind unsere Services abwechslungsreich, manchmal sportlich - aber immer gut organisiert.

Die Gäste sind oft Locals und Stammkunden aus der Region aber auch internationale Touristen.

Eine Arbeitsatmosphäre mit ungewöhnlich freundschaftlichem Umgang untereinander, extrem geregelten Strukturen die einfach ordentliches und gutes Arbeiten ermöglichen und beständige Arbeitszeitplanung ohne Freizeit-Kompromisse sind die außergewöhnlichen add-ons die das SEEBICHL über Jahre perfektioniert hat.

Nun wird nach langer Zeit wieder die Stelle von einem der zwei Head-Chef de Rangs (m/w/d) frei. Arbeitsbeginn Dezember 2026 (ca. 15.12.2026). 1 Chef de Rang (m/w/d)

Was beinhaltet die Position

Du begleitest unsere Gäste vom Ankommen bis zum Verlassen des Restaurants und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen aufmerksamen, herzlichen und professionellen Service. Du begrüßt die Kunden erklärst Speisen und Getränkekarten und nimmst Bestellungen auf, du organisierst die Kommunikation mit den Commis und der Küche, bist für Wünsche, Extrawünsch und alles andere da, und verrechnest das dann mit dem Kunden. Neben dem klassischen Service gehören auch vorbereitende und organisatorische Aufgaben zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich - etwa das Bestücken der Bar, die Vorbereitung hausgemachter Getränkezutaten, das Sortieren des per Online Systems verwalteten Tischplanes oder die Organisation des Nachmittags.

Du bist dabei nicht nur Kellner, sondern ein wichtiger Teil des Ablaufs, du bist ein Gesicht des Restaurants und jemand, der mitdenkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und auch dann den Überblick behält, wenn es schneller wird.

Was du idealerweise schon erlebt hast und kannst:

* Hochwertige Kundenkommunikation im à la carte Service

* der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* gute Englischkenntnisse

* schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude wenn sich viel bewegt

* körperliche Fitness weil die Gangart manchmal bei uns schneller wird¿, was sich dann natürlich auch im TIP wiederspiegelt...

* ein kommunikatives, offenes Wesen

* grundlegende Weinkenntnisse von Vorteil

Was wir bieten

5-Tage-Woche · maximal 40 Stunden · klar geregelte Arbeitszeiten · keine Überstunden

Die Head-Chef-de-Rang-Dienste beginnen abwechselnd um 13:00 Uhr oder 17:30 Uhr und enden in der Regel zwischen 22:30 und 23:30 Uhr.

Unser Anspruch ist ein professionelles, strukturiertes Umfeld, in dem gute Arbeit möglich ist, daher ist alles sehr geplant hier, wenn du nach dem Dienst gehst ist alles in trockenen Tüchern und wenn du kommst warten keine offenen Baustellen auf dich.

Die Position steht nur für Bewerber zur Verfügung die in der Region Kitzbühel auch fest verankert und gesellschaftlich integriert sind, wir stellen daher dafür auch keine Unterkunft zur Verfügung.
