Anforderungen

45 Menschen arbeiten bei uns, das sind 45 Lebensläufe und 100-mal so viele Eigenschaften, Kompetenzen, Talente und Arten zu lächeln. Das mögen wir. Leute mit Charakter, die mit uns an einem Seil ziehen. Die mit sich mit Herz und Engagement für unsere Gäste einsetzen.

Wir arbeiten ruhig und effizient. Was wir geben ist Teamgeist, familiärer Zusammenhalt, interessante Arbeitsbedingungen und die Möglichkeit einer Ganzjahresstelle.

Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Qualität, sowohl in der Küche wie auch im Service. Bio und Nachhaltigkeit ist für uns ein großes Thema. Unser Team ist sehr motiviert, lässig und zuverlässig. Wir haben ein sehr gutes Betriebs-Klima, was uns auch sehr wichtig ist. Wir arbeiten ruhig und effizient.

Guter Service zeigt sich immer in einer Situation: von Mensch zu Mensch. Deine Aufgabe wäre zu zweit unser Serviceteam (12-14 Teammitglieder) zu leiten. Wir wünschen uns einen Teamleader mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Führungsqualitäten, der gemeinsam im Team agiert, unseren Nachwuchs fördert und motiviert in die Zukunft blickt.

Abgeschlossene Lehre ist erforderlich.
