* Durchzieher:in: eigenverantwortliche Leitung einer Restaurantstation mit Commis de Rang sowie Kontrolle der Mise en Place und des Servicebereichs

* Ratgeber:in: fachliche Beratung der Gäste bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken, inklusive Weinempfehlung

* Schatzmeister:in: bonieren und abrechnen mit digitalem Kassensystem

* Ruhepol: kühlen Kopf bewahren - auch in hektischeren Zeiten

* Frohnatur: freundlicher "Small Talk" mit den Gästen

... ein richtiger Gästeflüsterer halt.

Should-haves:

* Eine abgeschlossene, fachspezifische Ausbildung in der Gastronomie bzw. Hotellerie

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Fundierte Weinkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent, stilsicheres Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
