Das Schlosshotel Mondsee liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Mondsee entfernt mitten im Zentrum des Ortes, neben der Basilika und der Pfarrkirche St. Michael. Das Schlosshotel Mondsee, mit seinen 55 Zimmern und zahlreichen Veranstaltungsräumen (Gewölbe, Säulenhalle, Mönchsküche, etc.) besticht durch sein einzigartiges Ambiente innerhalb der sorgfältig restaurierten Klostermauern.

Für unser Hotel suchen wir 1 Chef de Rang (m/w/d) mit Barkenntnissen für unser AURA-BENEDIKTUS-CULINARO Wir suchen Dich!

Du liebst Service mit Stil, kennst die Abläufe im Restaurant aus dem Effeff und bist dabei stets mit Herz und Haltung bei der Sache?

Deine Aufgaben:

* Selbstständiges Führen einer eigenen Station im à la carte Service oder bei Veranstaltungen

* Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste - von der Weinempfehlung bis zum charmanten Smalltalk

* Aufnehmen von Bestellungen, Servieren von Speisen und Getränken sowie Kassieren

* Vorbereitung des Gastraums und der Tische - mit Liebe zum Detail und Blick fürs Ganze

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Restaurantleitung - für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Mitwirken bei Auf- und Abbau von Events, Seminaren und Banketten

* Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

* Gute Bar- und Cocktailkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Spirituosen und Getränken

Dein Profil:

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Organisationstalent

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (von Vorteil) und ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz

* Freude am Job und bei der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Gepflegtes Äußeres und angenehme Umgangsformen

* Teamfähigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Engagement, Flexibilität und Umsichtigkeit

* Organisierte Arbeitsweise und Verständnis in hektischen Situationen

* entsprechende Deutsch & sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
