* Verantwortlich für die professionelle Betreuung der Gäste im Restaurant- und bei Bedarf im Gartenrestaurant oder Barbereich

* Sicherstellen eines optimalen Serviceablaufes

* Zuständig für die Anleitung und Kontrolle der tätigen Mitarbeiter sowie der Auszubildenden im Restaurant

* Durchführung von Roomservice-Bestellungen bzw. eines fachlich korrekten Services

* Durchführung von Buchungsvorgängen und Abrechnungsformalitäten

* Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten

* Einhaltung der hohen Qualitätsstandards und der strengen HACCP-Richtlinien

* Optimierung der Umsätze im Restaurant durch Zusatzverkauf

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel-/Restaurant

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Führungsverhalten

* Ausgezeichnete Weinkenntnisse (national und international)

* Leidenschaft für den Gast und perfekten Service

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und herzliches Auftreten

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und überzeugendes und gewinnendes Auftreten

* Diskretion
