The posting

En tant que Chef de Secteur MBT, vous êtes responsable du pilotage de l’exploitation et de l’entretien des infrastructures sur le terrain. Vous veillez à la qualité de l’affichage, à la propreté et à l’éclairage des mobiliers de votre secteur, dans le respect des SLA contractuels.

Vos principales responsabilités sont :

Effectuer régulièrement des visites sur le terrain afin de contrôler la qualité de l’affichage et de l’entretien des mobiliers. Superviser le fonctionnement, le nettoyage et la maintenance des mobiliers. Coordonner les interventions électriques avec les Régies, les sous-traitants et les électriciens. Assurer le suivi des raccordements, contrôles et différentes interventions techniques. Encoder et superviser les informations dans les outils internes Mia, Illico et Power BI. Organiser et répartir les tâches au sein de l’équipe terrain. Accompagner, encadrer et motiver les agents techniques, polyvalents et électriciens. Veiller au développement professionnel des collaborateurs et évaluer leurs besoins en formation. Garantir l’application des procédures de sécurité, le port des équipements de protection et le respect des règles en vigueur.

- Vakkennis: Maîtrise des outils informatiques Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Connaissance du suivi et de l’entretien des infrastructures et mobiliers. Capacité à contrôler la qualité de l’affichage et de l’entretien. Coordination d’interventions électriques. Connaissance et respect des procédures de sécurité et des règles en vigueur. Expérience pratique sur le terrain comme alternative au diplôme de bachelier.
