The posting

Responsabilités :

  • Encadrer, motiver et soutenir une équipe de 2 à 5 travailleur·euses en situation de handicap.
  • Participer activement aux projets d'aménagement extérieur, en apportant vos compétences et connaissances.
  • Organiser et coordonner le travail, veiller à la qualité des prestations et au respect des délais.
  • Assurer la formation continue des travailleur·euses, en les aidant à développer leurs compétences techniques.
  • Garantir le respect des consignes de sécurité sur les chantiers.
  • Veiller à intégrer et promouvoir des aménagements favorisant la biodiversité, la circularité et les pratiques écologiques.

Compétences requises :

Vous possédez des compétences dans les domaines suivants :

  • Création de pelouses et travaux de plantations.
  • Pavage, installation de clôtures et travaux de maçonnerie paysagère.
  • Menuiserie extérieure : construction de terrasses, pergolas, etc.
  • Entretien de jardins (tonte, taille, désherbage, plantation) et en aménagements extérieurs.
  • Taille, élagage et gestion des végétaux.

Sont un plus:

  • Aménagements de toitures végétalisées.
  • Création de pièces d'eau et travaux d'aménagement aquatique.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes doté·e d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et avez une véritable vocation pour le travail d'équipe.
  • Vous possédez le permis de conduire B. BE est un plus
  • Vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine des aménagements extérieurs et/ou de l'entretien de jardins.
  • Vous possédez un diplôme secondaire ou supérieur (de préférence dans les secteurs du jardinage, de l'horticulture ou de l'aménagement extérieur).
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'organisation et avez un bon sens de l'initiative.
  • Une expérience dans l'encadrement de personnes en situation de handicap est un atout.
