Deze horeca locatie is onderdeel van een grootschalige organisatie is actief binnen verschillende domeinen, waarbij horeca een belangrijk onderdeel vormt. Binnen de organisatie staat het menselijke aspect sterk centraal. Coaching, ontwikkeling en het creëren van een fijne werkomgeving zijn dan ook belangrijke pijlers, ook binnen deze functie. Je krijgt de kans om betekenisvol werk te verrichten en mee te bouwen aan projecten die daadwerkelijk impact hebben.

Taken

Je neemt de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over de productiekeuken en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je organiseert de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de productie tijdig en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen wordt gerealiseerd. Tegelijkertijd ben je een coachende leidinggevende die medewerkers begeleidt, motiveert en zorgt voor een sterk teamgevoel binnen een team van gemiddeld 20 medewerkers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en opvolgen van de productieplanning
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van medewerkers
  • Bewaken van recepturen, kwaliteit en correct gebruik van ingrediënten
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen, controleren van leveringen en verwerken van facturatie
  • Opvolgen van HACCP, foodcost en waste
  • Opstellen en beheren van de personeelsplanning
  • Je hebt een horecaopleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken en ervaring met leidinggeven.
  • Je bent mensgericht, geduldig en coachend en weet een team op een verbindende manier te motiveren.
  • Je bent hands-on, organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je bent administratief en digitaal voldoende vaardig.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
