Arbeiten Sie in einem etablierten Hotelbetrieb in Ischgl, der für gehobene Kulinarik und kreative Küche steht. In einem engagierten Team tragen Sie dazu bei, täglich hochwertige Gerichte für Gäste im À-la-carte-Restaurant sowie im Rahmen von Gourmet-Menüs zuzubereiten. Mit dem neuen Chef's Table entsteht zusätzlich ein exklusives Fine-Dining-Konzept, bei dem Sie von Anfang an mitwirken können.

Wir suchen 1 Chef_in de partie Saisonstelle - Mitarbeit mit eigenem Verantwortungsbereich in der gehobenen Gastronomie

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ab ca. 25.11.2026 bis ca. 02.05.2027 Vollzeit 6-Tage Woche (48 Stunden)

Tätigkeiten

* Selbstständige Führung eines Küchenpostens und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

* Zubereitung und kreatives Anrichten hochwertiger Speisen

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Menüs und kulinarischen Konzepten, insbesondere für den Chef's Table

* Verantwortung für fachgerechte Lagerung und Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln

* Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie Gewährleistung eines strukturierten Arbeitsplatzes

* Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team und Unterstützung in allen Küchenbereichen

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin

* Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige Kulinarik und Präsentation

* Kreativität sowie Bereitschaft, eigene Ideen einzubringen

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft

* Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Speisen zubereiten (BIS-Kompetenz)

Hinweis zur Entlohnung
