The posting

Voor een groeiende hospitality- en cateringgroep zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Chef-kok voor een nieuwe locatie in hun portfolio.

De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in catering & events en heeft naast een breed portfolio aan vaste cateringlocaties sinds dit jaar ook een eigen horecazaak in uitbating. Het gaat om een bestaande horecagelegenheid die een frisse, nieuwe start krijgt.

Het volledige concept, van menu en keuken tot team en dagelijkse werking, komt in handen van de cateringorganisatie. Voor deze nieuwe fase zijn we op zoek naar een chef die mee zijn schouders onder het verhaal wil zetten en samen met de organisatie de zaak verder wil uitbouwen.

De horecazaak bevindt zich op een mooie, groene locatie en biedt een klassieke Frans-Belgische keuken voor zowel lunch als diner. Daarnaast leent de locatie zich uitstekend voor events en private gelegenheden.

We zoeken een chef die ervaring combineert met ondernemerschap, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als chef, souschef of keukenverantwoordelijke.
  • Je weet hoe je een keuken zelfstandig organiseert.
  • Je staat graag zelf mee op de werkvloer
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team
  • Je houdt van kwaliteit, maar hebt ook oog voor rendement en efficiëntie
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt het overzicht tijdens drukke services
  • Je denkt commercieel mee over de keuken en durft ideeën aanbrengen
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot met keuken, zaal en management
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • En vooral: je hebt goesting om een horecazaak mee verder uit te bouwen
