Je staat midden in de keuken, kookt actief mee en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel en professioneel verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het culinaire niveau van de keuken en werkt samen met jouw team continu aan verbetering.
