Na 2,5 jaar zijn we klaar voor de volgende stap en zoeken we een ervaren chef-kok die samen met ons de keuken verder wil ontwikkelen. Dit ben jij - Je bent een ambitieuze en ervaren chef-kok met aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een keukenbrigade. - Je bent een natuurlijke leider en weet een team te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen. - Je hebt een grote passie voor gastronomie en weet gasten telkens weer te verrassen met smaakvolle en kwalitatief hoogstaande gerechten. - Je denkt graag mee over nieuwe gerechten, menu's en culinaire ontwikkelingen. - Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit. - Je vindt het mooi om kennis en vakmanschap over te dragen aan collega's met minder ervaring. Jouw rol Als chef-kok van Bayonne ben je het culinaire aanspreekpunt binnen de keuken. Samen met de twee sous-chefs en een team van zelfstandig werkende koks zorg je iedere dag voor een hoog niveau van kwaliteit en service. Je geeft leiding aan de keukenbrigade, coacht je collega's en creëert een prettige en professionele werksfeer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede mise-en-place, een efficiënte keukenorganisatie en het consistent uitvoeren van onze recepturen en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over de toekomst van Bayonne. Vernieuwing en consistentie gaan voor jou hand in hand. Het ontwikkelen en uitwerken van een nieuwe menukaart zie je dan ook als een mooie culinaire uitdaging. Samen met de eigenaren draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de keuken, personeelsplanning, het kostenplaatje en het aannemen en opleiden van nieuwe collega's.
