- Vianen - Fulltime - MBO/HBO Chef kok Hotel Rotterdam de Maas Introductie In 2028 opent Valk Exclusief een spectaculair hotel aan de Maas, met een adembenemend uitzicht over de skyline van Rotterdam. Dit moderne hotel telt 295 luxe kamers en suites, een zwembad, wellness, fitness én een restaurant en bar op de bovenste verdieping. Voor dit bijzondere project zoeken wij een Chef-kok die de leiding neemt over de à la carte keuken en het ontbijtbuffet. Een uitdagende rol waarin je niet alleen de dagelijkse operatie aanstuurt, maar ook jouw eigen stempel drukt op de culinaire beleving van ons hotel. - Beschrijving Waar ga je werken? Het hotel opent in 2028 en wordt een echte eyecatcher aan de Maas. Het nieuwe rooftop restaurant heeft uitzicht op de Erasmusbrug. Je komt terecht in een gloednieuw team waarin samenwerking, gastvrijheid en kwaliteit vooropstaan. Als Chef-kok krijg je de kans om vanaf de start mee te bouwen aan de identiteit van het restaurant en de keuken. Wat ga je doen? Als Chef-kok ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, aansturing en uitvoering van alles wat er in onze keuken gebeurt. Je gaat onder andere: - De à la carte keuken en het ontbijtbuffet coördineren en toezien op kwaliteit, service en efficiency - Voorraadbeheer en bestellingen organiseren - Nieuwe gerechten ontwikkelen en menukaarten samenstellen - Zorgen voor naleving van HACCP, veiligheid en ARBO-richtlijnen - Nieuwe medewerkers selecteren en werkroosters opstellen - Het team coachen, begeleiden en inspireren - Meewerken op de vloer en dagelijks het voorbeeld geven Opleidingsniveau Dit breng jij mee - Een afgeronde SVH-vakopleiding (niveau 3 Zelfstandig Werkend Kok of niveau 4 Leidinggevende Keuken) - Minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring met HACCP en voedselveiligheid - In bezit van een SVH diploma - Managementvaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit - Flexibiliteit om te werken in wisseldie...
