Wij streven naar 50/50 voor vlees of vega/vegan. Bij de espressobar kunnen onze dagelijks 350 gasten heerlijke koffie thee/verse smoothies/vers gebak producten halen. Wij verzorgen ook gedurende dag banqueting voor het gehele pand, dit verschilt tussen een koffie- en thee break tot lunch tot een goed feest in de avond met hapjes en drankjes. De locatie is maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 07.30 - 17.30 uur geopend. Jouw team Het Adidas team bestaat uit een sportief team en samen zijn wij ook wekelijks te vinden in de sportschool van Adidas. Een gezellig en dynamisch team van 11 collega's onder leiding van Horecamanager Arjan. Jouw functie Als chef kok bij Adidas, Amsterdam laat je letterlijk en figuurlijk jouw recept zien. We werken met een foodconcept. Dit betekent dat je werkt volgens de kaders die gesteld zijn, maar ook vrijheid hebt om jouw recepten te laten zien. Elke dag daag jij jezelf uit om de gasten variatie te bieden met creativiteit, oog voor detail en kennis van verschillende keukens. Je bent continu scherp op de kwaliteit van de gerechten die de keuken verlaten.Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve gedeelte van de keuken. Zo zorg je dat de HACCP wordt nageleefd, de bestellingen op tijd worden gedaan en de allergenen goed in kaart hebt. Doord...
