Ben jij een gepassioneerde chef met een hart voor de authentieke Georgische gastronomie? Heb je ruime ervaring met traditionele Georgische gerechten en wil je meebouwen aan een restaurant waar kwaliteit en gastvrijheid centraal staan? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Als chef-kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de keuken. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk gerecht volgens de authentieke Georgische traditie wordt bereid en bewaakt steeds de kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie.

Daarnaast:

  • Bereid je traditionele Georgische gerechten volgens authentieke recepten.
  • Organiseer en coördineer je de dagelijkse keukenwerking.
  • Begeleid, coach en leid je koks en keukenmedewerkers op in de authentieke Georgische keuken, waarbij je jouw kennis van traditionele recepten, kooktechnieken en kwaliteitsnormen overdraagt.
  • Beheer je de voorraad en plaats je tijdig de nodige bestellingen.
  • Waak je strikt over de naleving van de hygiëne-, voedselveiligheids- en HACCP-voorschriften.
  • Zorg je voor een efficiënte planning en een ordelijke, nette werkplek.
  • Draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van onze menukaart.
  • Werk je nauw samen met het zaalteam om onze gasten een optimale beleving te bieden.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een chef-kok die:

  • beschikt over een relevant diploma in horeca, gastronomie of professionele keuken;
  • in het bezit is van een erkend certificaat inzake voedselveiligheid en/of HACCP;
  • minstens 2 jaar recente en relevante professionele ervaring heeft als chef-kok binnen de Georgische keuken;
  • aantoonbare ervaring heeft met het opleiden, begeleiden en coachen van andere koks en keukenmedewerkers in de authentieke Georgische keuken;
  • een uitstekende kennis heeft van de traditionele Georgische keuken, ingrediënten, bereidingswijzen en authentieke gerechtbenamingen;
  • vlot Georgisch spreekt;
  • zelfstandig, georganiseerd en kwaliteitsgericht werkt;
  • bereid is te werken volgens een vast uurrooster van 15.00 uur tot 23.00 uur;
  • bereid is om tijdens weekends en feestdagen te werken;
  • zich vlot kan verplaatsen naar Asse
