Voor de opening van onze nieuwe horecazaak met een capaciteit van ongeveer 150 gasten zoeken wij een ervaren chef-kok die de keuken van A tot Z wil mee uitbouwen.

Dit is geen gewone job. We zoeken iemand die mee wil nadenken, beslissingen durft nemen en zijn of haar eigen culinaire visie mee vorm wil geven. Jij krijgt de kans om samen met de zaakvoerders de menukaart uit te werken en een keuken op te bouwen waar kwaliteit, smaak en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging

Als chef-kok ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze keuken.

Je:

  • staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding van de keuken;
  • werkt samen met de zaakvoerders een aantrekkelijke menukaart uit;
  • ontwikkelt nieuwe gerechten en zorgt voor een kwalitatief aanbod;
  • organiseert de keukenwerking en de mise-en-place;
  • stelt werkplanningen op en stuurt het keukenteam aan;
  • bewaakt kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid (HACCP);
  • beheert bestellingen, stock en foodcost;
  • zorgt ervoor dat elke service vlot en professioneel verloopt.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als kok.
  • Je bent klaar om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen of hebt reeds ervaring als chef-kok of souschef.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler én een sterke leider.
  • Je bent creatief en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en presentatie.
  • Je kan organiseren, plannen en snel beslissingen nemen.
  • Je werkt ordelijk en hebt een goede kennis van HACCP.
  • Ervaring met een grillconcept is een groot pluspunt.
