Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser et accompagner une équipe de 3 à 10 collaborateurs sur chantier.
  • Participer activement aux différents travaux et installations électriques.
  • Répartir les tâches et assurer le bon déroulement des interventions.
  • Organiser le travail quotidien et suivre l’avancement du chantier.
  • Interpréter les plans électriques et anticiper les besoins en matériel.
  • Veiller à la qualité des travaux, au respect des délais et des consignes de sécurité.
  • Assurer une communication efficace entre les équipes sur le terrain et le Chef de Projet.
  • Être un véritable point de référence pour votre équipe grâce à votre expérience et votre expertise.

Vous êtes un(e) électricien(ne) expérimenté(e) et souhaitez évoluer vers une fonction à responsabilités, où vous pourrez mettre votre expertise au service de projets techniques variés ?

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous avez suivi une formation en électricité, électricité industrielle ou automatisation, ou disposez d’une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des installations électriques industrielles et/ou tertiaires.
  • Vous êtes autonome, structuré(e) et capable de prendre des initiatives pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes rencontrés sur le terrain.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez fédérer et accompagner vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) client, avez le sens des responsabilités et aimez relever des challenges techniques.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire B
