SDR Elektrotechniek Chef-monteur elektrotechniek Krijg jij energie van het aansturen van een team en zorgen dat het werk buiten goed geregeld is? Als chef-monteur elektrotechniek bij SDR werk je aan verschillende projecten in de regio Amsterdam. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw team en zorgt samen met de projectleider dat de dagelijkse uitvoering goed verloopt. Je job - Wat ga je doen? Als chef-monteur elektrotechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor jouw team en de dagelijkse uitvoering. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en werkt nauw samen met de projectleider. Binnen SDR kun je verschillende kanten op. Op reguliere utiliteits projecten werk je aan elektrotechnische projecten in bestaande gebouwen. In de nieuwbouw werk je op de bouwplaats met onder andere stalen wandkisten, breedplaat- en tunnelbekisting. Of je werkt aan zorgprojecten , zoals ziekenhuizen, verpleeghuizen en GGZ-instellingen, waar continuïteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit extra belangrijk zijn. Samen kijken we welk type project het beste aansluit bij jouw ervaring en voorkeur. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het coördineren van de dagelijkse uitvoering en zorgen dat de werkzaamheden op het project goed verlopen; - Het instrueren, begeleiden en coachen van jouw team van monteurs, leerling-monteurs en stagiairs; - Het verdelen van de werkzaamheden, afstemmen van de personele bezetting en maken en bewaken van de detailplanning; - Het uitwerken van technische specificaties en oplossen van technische vraagstukken tijdens de uitvoering; - Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is; - Het afstemmen met de projectleider en onderhouden van contact met klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
