Als Chef Monteur Elektrotechniek ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van jouw montageteam en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning, binnen budget en conform de geldende voorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de projectleider, en je schakelt waar nodig met andere disciplines op de bouw. Daarnaast houd je zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen en werk je mee aan de installaties wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coachen van een team van 3 tot 6 elektromonteurs op projectlocaties; - Plannen en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen jouw team; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang tijdens de uitvoering; - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan je monteurs bij complexe vraagstukken; - Overleggen met de projectleider over materialen, planning en eventuele knelpunten; - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een correcte oplevering; - Zelf meewerken aan de installatie van elektrotechnische systemen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en hier proactief oplossingen voor aandragen.

Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies zoals Uitvoerder of Projectleider. Je wordt hierin ondersteund met gerichte opleidingen en trainingen, zodat je stap voor stap kunt groeien naar een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid. Ook kun je je specialiseren in specifieke technieken zoals domotica, duurzame energiesystemen of brandmeldinstallaties.
