Wir freuen uns Sie schon bald in unserem Team in Bad Leonfelden begrüßen zu dürfen als: 1 Chef Patisserie (m/w/d) IHRE AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

* Zuständig für den gesamten Patisseriebereich / Dessert und Kuchen, sowie Dessertbuffet

* Selbstständige Sicherstellen eines professionellen Mise en place

* Zuständig für einen optimalen Produktionsablauf (Buffetkonzept)

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Zuständig für eine ordentliche Handhabung der Lebensmittel und Arbeitsmaterialien

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin / Konditor(in)

* Profunde Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und überzeugendes und gewinnendes Auftreten

* Can-do Einstellung, hands-on Mentalität und hohe Lösungsorientierung

* Teamplayer

Die Bezahlung richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe ab € 2.237,00 brutto/40 Std. oder € 2.656,00 brutto /45 Std. mit der Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung (je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung).
