  • Werkbonnen en klantbestellingen verwerken behoort tot je dagelijkse taken.
  • Je versnijdt en bereidt kwaliteitsvlees op maat van de klant, zoals steaks, filet pur, côte à l'os, gevogelte en gemarineerde vleesproducten.
  • De bereiding van gehaktproducten ondersteun je en je werkt met professionele machines zoals een cutter en vulbus.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van het atelier en denkt actief mee over een efficiënte voorraad- en werkplanning.
  • Het team aansturen neem je voor je rekening. Je deelt je vakkennis en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je adviseert klanten en rapporteert aan het management over de dagelijkse werking en mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als slager heb je achter de rug, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je beschikt over een ruime vakkennis en hebt een sterke kennis van rundvlees en andere roodvleessoorten.
  • Verschillende snijtechnieken beheers je vlot en je weet als geen ander de eigenschappen van kwaliteitsvlees te herkennen.
  • Dankzij je organisatorisch talent kan je een team motiveren en efficiënt aansturen.
  • Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, met voortdurende aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat.
  • Een flexibel uurrooster past bij jou, waarbij je ten laatste om 04:00 uur 's morgens start.
