FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren slager met een passie voor vakmanschap, vleeskwaliteit en het aansturen van een team? Dan is dit een unieke kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen binnen een stabiele en kwaliteitsgerichte groothandelsomgeving.

Wij zijn een gerenommeerde groothandel gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige vleesproducten voor de horeca. Kwaliteit, ambacht en klantenservice staan centraal in alles wat we doen.

Als Chef Slager neem je de dagelijkse leiding over de productie- en snijafdeling. Je combineert hands-on vakwerk met coördinatie en teamleiding.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verwerken van werkbonnen en klantbestellingen, zoals: Op maat snijden van verschillende steaks Versnijden van filet pur van diverse rassen Verzagen van côte à l’os Marineren van vlees (brochettes, reepjes, …) Snijden van klein gevogelte Ondersteuning in gehaktbereidingen (cutter, vulbus, …)
  • Voorbereiding en opvolging van aankopen
  • Dagelijkse coördinatie van de productie en workflow
  • Toezicht op kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid
  • Naleving van FAVV-normen en correcte traceerbaarheid (registratie via computer)
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers in snijtechnieken en bereiding
  • Klanten adviseren en vragen beantwoorden over producten en bereidingen
  • Rapporteren aan het management en meedenken over verbeteringen

PROFIEL

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als (Chef) Slager of leidinggevende in een slagerijomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van rundvlees en andere rood vleessoorten
  • Ervaring met verschillende snijtechnieken en vleesbereidingen
  • Leiderschap: je motiveert, stuurt aan en werkt zelf actief mee
  • Kennis van hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsnormen (FAVV)
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en klantgericht
  • Vroege start, uiterlijk om 04:00
