Dit gedreven en specialistische team houdt zich bezig met onderhoud, revisies en het oplossen van storingen aan hydraulische systemen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment aan de juiste werkzaamheden werken. Je bewaakt de planning en voortgang, houdt overzicht en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team. Tegelijkertijd ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de werkvloer, het magazijn en onze commerciële collega's. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige en verantwoordelijke functie ben je onder andere bezig met: - verdelen van de werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats; - bewaken van planning, voortgang en gestelde budgetten; - zorgen dat werkzaamheden op tijd, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd; - aanspreekpunt zijn voor de service monteurs en ondersteunen bij technische of praktische problemen; - bewaken en verbeteren van werkinstructies en werkprocessen; - toezien op de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk en de geleverde service; - zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen werkplaats, magazijn en commercie; - snel signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten om stagnatie in het werk te voorkomen; - toezicht houden op orde, netheid, Arbo en veiligheid in de werkplaats en op werklocaties; - meedenken over het efficiënter organiseren en verbeteren van onze werkplaats. Je bent daarbij niet iemand die vanaf de zijlijn alleen de planning bewaakt. Je werkt ook dagelijks mee in de werkplaats als uitvoerend meewerkend monteur...
