Voor onze Van Mossel vestiging Heemstede zijn wij op zoek naar een chef werkplaats. In deze functie stuur je in overleg met de serviceadviseurs de werkplaats aan en spring je bij waar nodig. In de werkplaats wordt er voornamelijk gewerkt met het merk Peugeot en Citroën. Door de premium service die wij onze klanten bieden komen er ook auto's van andere merken binnen in onze werkplaats. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en de taakverdeling binnen het team. Wanneer het nodig is, spring jij bij en steek jij je handen uit de mouwen. Je begeleidt en motiveert de collega's in de werkplaats en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving. Wat onder andere jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zullen zijn? - Aansturen van het team in de werkplaats; - Eindverantwoordelijke voor kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Adviseren ter verbetering van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie; - Communicatie met de importeur over technische zaken. Natuurlijk is het fijn als je al ervaring hebt als chef werkplaats binnen de automotive, maar wanneer dat niet zo is en jij een vakinhoudelijk specialist op het gebied van auto onderhoud en reparaties bent, kunnen wij jou het leidinggeven wel leren. Het belangrijkste voor ons is dat jij beschikt over de technische kennis en een echte mensen mens bent. Door jouw enthousiasme en betrokkenheid kan jij een team motiveren en individuele medewerkers begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.
