Wij zijn opzoek naar een Chef Werkplaats Machinebouw in Krimpen aan den IJssel, Zuid Holland, Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3500 - 4000. Wat ga je doen?

Jouw taak als Chef Werkplaats is om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de fabriek en werk je nauw samen met verschillende andere afdelingen, zoals het magazijn, werkvoorbereiding, planning en natuurlijk de engineering.

Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 15 collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn werk naar behoren kan uitvoeren.

Door ervoor te zorgen dat je collega’s beschikken over de juiste kennis, gereedschappen, tools en materialen.

Eén van de belangrijkste doelen is om er samen voor te zorgen dat alle werkzaamheden binnen de fabriek optimaal verlopen. - Aansturen van circa 15 monteurs en ervoor zorgen dat ze aan het begin van de dag aan de slag kunnen - Begeleiden, trainen en overdragen van technische kennis aan collega’s en stagiaires - Toezicht houden op het productieproces en de planning - Uitvoeren van tussentijdse en eindcontroles - Waarborgen van de veiligheid op de werkvloer - Aandragen van verbetervoorstellen - Maken van planningen

Wij zoeken iemand met de onderstaande capaciteiten / opleidingen. Heb je dat niet maar zie je jezelf wel in deze functie passen? Neem dan even contact op. Wellicht kunnen we je opleiden. - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde op MBO niveau - Je hebt zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische kennis - Je hebt leidinggevende kwaliteiten en hebt ervaring in een aansturende rol - Je hebt ervaring binnen de machinebouw
