Wir suchen für unser Restaurant "Schlosswirt" in Sigharting 1 Chefkoch/-köchin Vollzeit gesucht

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und kreativen Chefkoch (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung der Küche

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Speisekarte

* Organisation und Koordination der Küchenabläufe

* Führung, Einschulung und Motivation des Küchenteams

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene und Warenwirtschaft

* Wirtschaftlicher und nachhaltiger Einsatz von Lebensmitteln

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Funktion

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

* Hohe Qualitäts- und Serviceorientierung

* Gute Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien
