Functieomschrijving:

  • Als Chef-kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en uitvoeren van een gevarieerd menu dat zowel traditionele als moderne gerechten omvat, en inspelen op de laatste culinaire trends. Je zult de leiding hebben over de keuken, het team aansteken met jouw enthousiasme en zorgen voor een optimale ervaring voor onze gasten.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en samenstellen van het menu, rekening houdend met seizoensgebonden producten en trends.
  • Leidinggeven aan een team van koks en keukenpersoneel.
  • Zorgen voor de naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Beheren van de voorraden en inkoop van ingrediënten.
  • Innovatief en creatief zijn in de keuken en nieuwe ideeën implementeren.

Functie-eisen:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Chef-kok of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Sterke kennis van zowel traditionele als moderne keukenmethoden.
  • Creatief en gepassioneerd, met oog voor detail.
  • Leiderschap en teamwork vaardigheden om een inspirerende werkomgeving te creëren.
