Voor de Wedelhütte , prachtig gelegen op 2.350 meter hoogte in het skigebied Hochzillertal , zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Chef-kok . De Wedelhütte is een gezellige en authentieke berghut waar Oostenrijkse gezelligheid wordt gecombineerd met een hoog culinair niveau. Gasten komen hier niet alleen voor het fantastische uitzicht, maar ook voor de regionale keuken, gastvrijheid en bijzondere sfeer. Deze unieke vacature geeft je de kans om daadwerkelijk in de bergen te werken. Dat betekend ook dat je 's ochtends extra vroeg de gondel en liften moet pakken om op tijd op je werk te verschijnen, en je 's avonds bij zonsondergang de afdaling naar beneden mag pakken of zelfs in de bergen overnacht bij sluitdiensten. Jouw functie Als Chef-kok ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen in de keuken. Je zorgt samen met het keukenteam voor kwalitatief goede gerechten en een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden, ook tijdens de drukke momenten van het winterseizoen. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als chef of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende keukenfunctie en weet hoe je een team moet aansturen en motiveren.
