Als chefmonteur elektrotechniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van jouw team monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning, binnen budget en conform de geldende normen worden uitgevoerd. Je bent het technische geweten van het project en schakelt nauw met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en andere disciplines. Daarnaast ben je zelf ook nog regelmatig met de handen uit de mouwen, want je vindt het belangrijk om het goede voorbeeld te geven en het contact met het vak te behouden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en coachen van een team van 3 tot 6 monteurs op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Technische werkvoorbereiding en materiaalplanning in overleg met de werkvoorbereider; - Uitvoeren van complexe elektrotechnische werkzaamheden en het oplossen van technische vraagstukken; - Afstemming met andere disciplines zoals loodgieters, timmerlieden en onderaannemers; - Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving op de bouwplaats; - Rapporteren over voortgang en eventuele knelpunten aan de projectleider.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Met de juiste ambitie en inzet kun je doorstromen naar een rol als uitvoerder of projectleider. Het bedrijf biedt hiervoor gerichte opleidingen en begeleiding, zodat je stap voor stap kunt groeien in je carrière. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je verder te specialiseren in specifieke technieken zoals domotica, duurzame energiesystemen of gebouwautomatisering.
