Tvojou náplňou práce bude: Chemická predúprava a kontrola kvality (Qualicoat). Analýza procesných kúpeľov: Pravidelné laboratórne merania (pH, vodivosť, koncentrácie) a kontrola dávkovania chémie, či teplôt.

Garancia kvality: Sledovanie parametrov predúpravy a testovanie skúšobných panelov podľa normy Qualicoat. Finálna kontrola: Hodnotenie kvality lakovaných profilov a analýza príčin prípadných nezhôd. Technologická údržba a obsluha zariadení. Starostlivosť o roztoky: Príprava nových chemických roztokov podľa receptúr a údržba technologických vaní. Prevádzka technológií: Dozeranie na čerpadlá, demineralizačnú stanicu a manipuláciu s regeneračnými roztokmi. Skladové hospodárstvo a administratíva. Správa skladu chémie: Príjem, výdaj a objednávanie chemických prípravkov, sledovanie spotreby a inventúry. Dokumentácia: Presná evidencia laboratórnych analýz, testov kvality a dôsledné dodržiavanie predpisov BOZP a enviro-štandardov.
