Heb je kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Duits? Dan zoeken wij jou! Onze klant is actief in de chemische sector en is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega binnen de functie van Customer Excellence Representative.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Jij fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en bouwt bijgevolg een sterke relatie met hen op;
  • Jij beheert het volledige Order-to-Cash proces;
  • Jij beheert credit- en debitcorrecties;
  • Jij werkt aan procesverbeteringen;
  • Jij volgt de logistieke kant van de orders op;
  • Jij doet aan problem solving rond bestellingen;
  • Jij zorgt voor de after sales customer support;

Als Customer Excellence Medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en heb je nauw contact met je collega's van andere afdelingen. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel van het Sales team en rapporteert aan de Customer Excellence Supervisor.

Als nieuwe collega:

  • Beschik je over een Bachelordiploma of een Masterdiploma (of aantoonbaar denkvermogen).
  • Heb je interesse en/of een eerdere werkervaring in een logistieke richting.
  • Kun je vlot met de computer werken. Kennis van SAP en MS Office is een must.
  • Ben je positief en hands on ingesteld.
  • Tevens ben je als Customer Service Medewerker flexibel naar uren en taken, stressbestendig en enthousiast!
  • Heb je een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Duits.
