Wir sind ein international erfolgreiches österreichisches Familienunternehmen und stehen mit unseren Marken JOLLY, Cretacolor und SAX für Tradition und Wachstum. Wir bieten mehr als 100 Mitarbeiter:innen an zwei Standorten im Raum Eisenstadt einen zukunftsorientierten Arbeitsplatz. Für unsere Produktionsstätte in Hornstein (nahe Eisenstadt und Wien) suchen wir als Verstärkung zum sofortigen Eintritt eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Position 1 Chemiker_in mit Schwerpunkt auf Produktentwicklung und Verfahrenstechnik

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer Rezepturen für unsere Markenprodukte (z. B. Farbminen, Farben, Lacke)

* Begleitung des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses - von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung

* Analyse und Bewertung von Rohstoffen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktlinien

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Marketing

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards

* Dokumentation, Auswertung und Präsentation von Versuchsergebnissen

* Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung markenspezifischer Anforderungen (z. B. JOLLY, Cretacolor)

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Chemie oder chemische Verfahrenstechnik (HTL, FH, Universität)

* Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Farbchemie von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Gefahrenstoffmanagement von Vorteil

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kreativität, Innovationsgeist und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigenmotivation

* Interesse an der Entwicklung markenspezifischer Produkte
